At the same time, the annular metal skeleton as a support structure can effectively prevent the seal from collapsing and improve the structural strength and durability of the application; the positioning ears can provide a certain positioning effect when the gasket is equipped, here, in the practical application, the diameter of the stainless steel graphite composite gasket positioning hole can exceed the diameter of the flange fixing hole and the bolt, when fixing, the bolt will cross the positioning hole, the rejection block on the outer wall of the positioning hole in the elastic parts The rejection block on the outer wall of the locating hole is under the action of the elastic member.


When the bolt is fixed, the rejection block on the outer wall of the hole will be moved outward towards the center of the hole, because the elastic force of each elastic part is the same, so the rejection block on the circumference of the hole can be automatically centered on the outer circle of the bolt to ensure the accurate positioning of the gasket, and when the bolt is twisted, the rejection block will have a certain resilience, which prevents the bolt from twisting to produce a large change of stress on the positioning ear, thus effectively reducing the force deformation of the gasket, thus ensuring that the gasket can be flatly positioned between the two flanges. This ensures that the gaskets can be gasketed smoothly between the two flanges and improves the sealing performance of the gaskets.
