Expanded PTFE sealing tape, also known as expanded PTFE interface tape, is a general purpose gasket that can be used safely and effectively in highly corrosive and pure applications in a variety of flanges such as plastic and stainless steel, enamelled, etc. It is a continuous strip of 100% PTFE white pure PTFE with no fillers. It is a continuous strip of 100% PTFE white pure PTFE without any fillers for high safety. Its microcellular structure has lower compression creep and cold flow properties than other PTFE products. Its flexibility, compressive resilience, creep resistance, high and low temperature resistance, excellent corrosion resistance, non-ageing and self-lubricating properties make it an excellent seal, and it comes with a backing that can be made into any shape on site without prior preparation, making it easy to use and install. Compared to ordinary stamped gaskets, it saves delivery time and edge costs.
