Expanded PTFE sealing tape, also known as expanded Teflon joint tape, is a versatile gasket material that can be safely and effectively used in various flanges such as plastics, stainless steel, and enamel in high-corrosion and high-purity applications. It is a continuous strip made of 100% pure white PTFE without any fillers, ensuring high safety. Its micro-honeycomb structure provides lower compression creep and cold flow properties compared to other PTFE products. Its flexibility, compression recovery, creep resistance, resistance to high and low temperatures, excellent corrosion resistance, non-aging properties, and self-lubrication result in superior sealing performance. With self-adhesive on the back, it can be made into gaskets of any shape on site without prior preparation, facilitating easy installation and saving delivery time and corner costs compared to conventional stamped gaskets. It is an ideal sealing material for industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, food and beverages, electronics, power, metallurgy, and shipbuilding.

Application scope:

- Flange sealing of large-diameter equipment with poor surface finish accuracy, large uneven areas, irregular shapes, and where bolt tightening force cannot be fully applied or should not be excessive.

Custom sizes, both standard and non-standard, including ASME, DIN, JIS, and other standards, are available. Circular, square, and other irregular-shaped strip gaskets can be provided.
