Most heat dissipation methods involve attaching graphite to the chip. However, the presence of air between the chip and the graphite hinders heat transfer due to air's poor thermal conductivity, which to some extent reduces the heat transfer capability of flexible graphite paper. By improving the application mode of flexible graphite paper, its heat dissipation application in mobile phones can be realized.
